Ammobium Alatum – “Winged Everlasting”

Ammobium is simply adorable. We use it fresh and dried and never have enough of this cute flower. Prolific 1/2- 3/4″ silvery-white blooms on stiff stems. As flowers mature, the papery white petals open to reveal bright-yellow centers. Flowers are typically harvested when half open, before the center is exposed. Hang to dry.
